Book Slam

The Tabernacle

Book Slam ambled into the onset of Autumn, that somehow most poignant of seasons, in the curiously appropriate company of our dear friend and favourite literary polymath, SIMON ARMITAGE, reading from his exceptional new book, 'Walking Home'. Music came from the sparkling new singer-songwriting talent that is JOSH KUMRA, while poet, educational consultant, former teacher and battle rapper extraordinaire, MARK GRIST, dropped some 'mad lyrical science' and other poetic forms. Hosted by CHARLIE DARK.
