Book Slam
All was well in the world of Book Slam as we returned to our rightful home (The Tabernacle) and day (last Thursday of the month) in the company of JAMES SALLIS, who not only wrote the seminal ‘Drive’ and its sequel ‘Driven’ but has also translated the likes of Lermentov and Pasternak. This makes him very cool in our book (of very cool writers). There was comedy of peculiar genius from the peculiar genius that is TONY LAW, and live music from the utterly extraordinary KEATON HENSON.
