Matt Haig writes books for grown-ups and those yet to achieve such lofty status. They are generally dark, weird and funny, frequently all at the same time, and include 'The Radleys', 'The Last Family In England' and, very soon, 'The Humans'. He once won the Blue Peter Book Of The Year. We don't know whether he received a Blue Peter badge. We will ask. His essay, 'Why You Write', appears in 'Three's A Crowd: Book Slam Volume III'.
